Into the Groove. It’s just impossible to sit still! Every single time Into the Groove comes on some place I always grab my friends and we run as fast as we can to the dance floor.
(oh, and she needs to bring back the tambourine for her next tour)

Day 12 – Favorite music video
Don’t Tell Me. I can’t really put my finger on what makes me love this clip so much, but it probably has something to do with it being one of the first Madonna videos I saw. I remember taping it when I was 10 years old and watching it over and over, doing drawings inspired by the video, desperately trying to learn the choreography and wearing cowboy inspired shirts.
I just love the whole feeling and atmosphere in the video. Madonna’s at her best when she’s just dancing and having. She just looks so effortlessly cool and beautiful (I love it when her boobs bounces around in that leather jacket, her fantastic gap is very visible, her hair is awesome), and the beginning when the hat flies off her is fucking epic. Oh, and I love the little mishap at 03:14 where M steps on her dancers foot and glances over to see if he’s okay! </ranting and bad english>

Day 06 – Least favorite Madonna album
My least favorite Madonna album has to be Hard Candy. I love it to death and I listened to it religiously when it came out, but I don’t have the same love for it as I have for her other albums. I still always listen to it loudly whenever I come home drunk from a party and there are some amazing songs on it (Candy Shop, Devil, Voices, Incredible, Miles Away) but it just doesn’t give me the same feeling her other records do (you know the this-could-only-be-recorded-by-madonna-feeling). Next time I think she needs to go back to using less mainstream producers, follow her gut and make an amazing album instead of trying to fit in.

You Must Love Me. It’s just so emotinal and I always play this when I’m down. So many memories with this song. Her vocals are beautiful and the cello solo is gorgeous.

Day 11 – A Madonna-related photo you took
This day is perfect for the photo you took-post! Exactly one year ago I was waiting in line to see Madonna live for the first time. It was also her first ever show in Norway. It was one of the most amazing moments in my life, and definitely the two fastest hours ever. Even though Scandinavian audiences have a tendency to be a little less engaged than other audiences, I really wish it doesn’t stop her from returning to Norway. Oh, and I almost forgot, while I was going completely insane during Doli Doli, she looked me in the eyes and smiled. I literally died. I’ll put up some photos I took, some my friend took, and some professional photos from the show :)
