I just got home from Oslo and Madonna’s birthday show. It was truly an amazing experience and I can’t even begin to describe all the emotions I felt. We were extremely lucky and all got Golden Triangle passes. We were six, and two of us won, and they let us all in. We also met Guy before the show, who uploaded our photo to M’s Facebook. A birthday card was also passed around for everyone to sign.

When the show started, M was in a really good mood and could not stop smiling. The Golden Triangle audience all had white hearts that were held up before Masterpiece and she seemed truly touched. There were also a few minor mishaps that M took with a big smile and just played along. For example, during Like a Virgin, her corset ripped. M just said “Oops! Shit…” and continued singing “Like a Virgin… ripped for the very first time”. It felt like a truly special show, and I’m incredibly happy I got to take part of it. OH, and I almost forgot, after baring her butt at the end of Human Nature, she sang Happy Birthday for it. Her ass, that is. 

Thank you M, for a truly incredible experience that I will cherish for a long long time. I wish you a wonderful birthday, and I’m glad I got to take part in it.
